You get to be in control of the majority of the process when opening your clinic. We can assist with your location selection and help negotiate the lease or manage the construction process. Our step-by-step build out manual and vendor list guides you on how to get your clinic up and running promptly with most clinics opening 45-90 days from securing the location. We also provide a training staff on-site for your first week to ensure a smooth opening.
Our goal is to let you be the doctor taking care of patients while we handle the business, marketing and accounting aspects of running a clinic. We’ll set up your software, marketing, chart of accounts, bookkeeping and wellness plan. We can assist with hiring and training, including a 3-day program at one of our training clinics before you open. Our partnership with an experienced marketing team means that all website, Facebook, Google My Business and Yelp accounts are managed effectively, including email campaigns, appropriate sales funnels and paid ad placements. They’ll also set up a reputation management program to drive reviews, create and post blog articles each month and respond to changes as your business evolves over time.
After opening your new easyvetclinic location, we’ll provide continual assistance from our support center. We host an annual business conference that offers learning opportunities and CE credits for both doctors and staff. As a franchisor, we have a bookkeeping partner that can help handle your payroll, your bills, provide monthly financials, offer Human Resources support and mentoring programs, Medical Advisory Board support, continuing training for your staff and so much more.
Like most franchisors, we charge a royalty of 7%. This motivates us to help you grow your business and increase sales year-to-year, resulting in an increased revenue stream for all easyvet locations.
So that we can gain a better understanding of you, we ask that you complete our short inquiry form below. We will review your request and schedule a time to go over the logistics by phone. We are very selective in who we offer franchises to and want to be sure we’d be a good fit. Our team would then schedule a time for you to visit one of our existing clinics so you can better understand our model and expectations. Before you reach a decision to join the easyvet family, we ask that you review our federally mandated Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Our FDD completely explains the terms of our offering and includes a copy of the Franchise Agreement that you will need to sign. During the evaluation process, we may also ask you to complete a Franchisee Selection Survey.
easyvet is registered for franchising in all states except for North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Rhode Island, and Hawaii.
