We had a sick puppy, our regular vet wouldn’t see us for 3 days. Called that morning, Same day appointment at easy vet, Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took good car of our puppy, we will bring our other dogs here now.

Everyone there, including the front desk and the techs are all so wonderful. Very kind, patient and gentle. They are all true animal lovers!Over the last month my Chihuahua ended up having a brain tumor and having seizures and we unfortunately had to put him to rest. It was one of the hardest things we’ve ever done and they were very helpful and sensitive with us. And today we brought our 3 year old Black Mouth Cur because she’s been sick with tummy problems. We’ve seen Dr. Reid several times and she’s always been so kind and patient with all my animals. 😇

Very friendly office staff & medical staff. Scheduling and check in was very easy however, even with an appointment, we waited for 20 minutes before being seen and then waited an even longer in the patient room. All in all though, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend them for the west Frisco area.

Dr Reid was amazing! We had an emergency with my older Briard: he had seizure and she did her best to check what was wrong with my beloved dog. He passed away hours after we left there to go to the oncologist but I’m more than happy to make her the new vet of my 2 other dogs. I’m so grateful I found her

So kind and caring when it has come to our vet sick kitty. I think we were there almost every day last week trying to figure how to help our cat. They are so helpful and understanding. We had to find a new vet quick when our cat became sick and we discovered her former vet office closed with no notice. We will continue to bring her and our other kitty to easy vet.

Got a same day appointment for my pup who (unbeknownst to me) had a grass foxtail in her paw. They were able to sedate her, get out the foxtail, and send us on our way. I'm so thankful we were able to get in quickly and that they helped us in such a kind, gracious way.

Having just moved to Frisco recently, I had been struggling with finding a veterinarian that wasn’t price gouging & was also compassionate & patient with my high-strung senior dog.It was extremely heartwarming to see Dr. Kahan get on the ground & meet my Layla Lynn eye level to form a connection of comfort & trust.His staff was professional & courteous & Dr. Kahan was extremely thorough in everything he did & discussed!It felt good walking out of easyvet Frisco knowing I have no reservations about returning for future care!

First visit with our senior dog having stomach problems and lethargy. I was welcomed to come in the same day. Everyone there was exceptionally caring, loving and very informative. The receptionist I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful. Our tech, Kayla, made our Jasmine so comfortable that she stopped shaking and was giving Kayla kisses! That meant alot to my husband and I. Dr. Reid was amazing- she explained everything about our Jasmine's condition thoroughly and explained every step of the way during her in-office treatment. Kayla also explained what to expect over the next few days. She didn't want us to be alarmed about the recovery process. I HIGHLY recommend easyvet to anyone looking for a caring, sensitive, loving and very competent staff! They also kept telling Jasmine that she was so pretty, which made my Mama heart proud! Thank you to everyone for all the professional care! We have found our new vet for all three of our furbabies! 10 stars from us!!!

Love this office, they work hard to encourage my dog to relax and IT WORKs. While she isn't ecstatic to be there. Xena licks and enjoys their petting WITHOUT SHAKING. This is a huge improvement from her previous vet. Thank you team

We've been coming here w/our 19 yr old cat for the past 3 years. Staff is ALWAYS pleasant and VERY helpful.Dr White is very understanding and provides us w/ALL the options of treatment. You can feel very assured your pet is in the best of care! Cost factor is also way more reasonable here too. Another plus! Highly recommend this place.

I brought my cat in today thinking she was constipated. An X-ray ruled out any back up in her system (lol). Dr. Reid was the most compassionate person and very helpful at explaining every step of the way what they were doing. It turns out S'cilla may just have a bacterial infection, and once she got her treatments and was home, she started acting better immediately. I'll be back next week for my follow-up but I really really love this place. The assisting tech was equally helpful and sweet. I love my normal vet that recommended easyvet, but I think I'm going here from now on.

So thankful for easyvet! They fit us in at the end of the day for an emergency appointment for my dog when our normal vet could not see us until days later. The care he received was wonderful and we are so appreciative! The cost of the appointment and medicine was very reasonable. We had such a great experience that we will be returning here instead of our other vet!

Best experience with a vet since we moved! We’ve seen a few vets because Archie has a weak stomach! Came in for an ear infection and Dr. Kahan was very knowledgeable & made Archie feel safe and comfortable! The vet techs are all very great!

My regular vet was full today, and my fur baby hurt herself. Not wanting to go straight to a pricey emergency vet, I decided to try Easy Vet. Even though they were very busy, they squeezed us in. They took good care of my baby, and the cost was very reasonable. I’d definitely go back!

This was my first time at the frisco location. Loved Dr. Reid and Cris, the tech. They didn’t charge anything extra and did not try to impose anything. Very holistic approach. I atlast found a good vet for my Simba. Very affordable and had a great experience today.

I had a great experience today with Dr. Jennifer White and our technician, Chris! My boy has been sick with GI symptoms for the past 2-3 days. It did not seem particularly life-threatening, yet I didn’t want him to be sick for a whole other week until our regular vet could see him. Everyone at EasyVet was patient, gentle, and friendly with my fearful boy. They are trained on fear-free approaches and it really shows. Dr. White was extremely thorough in her exam and asked many great questions to collect has much information as possible. She is so knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions and educate me along the way. I greatly appreciate how transparent she was with pricing and talking me through options. Zeke is typically afraid of males, but Chris took his time and totally earned his trust by the end. The facility was very sensitive to the financial impact on owners in these situations, and helped me navigate conservative treatment while talking me through a more thorough back up plan in the event that my boy does not respond as well as we’d hope. I am very grateful to everyone at EasyVet!

If you have pets, this is where you need to have them evaluated, treated, and cared for. Dr. White spent quality time evaluating the needs of my pet, answered all of my questions, and provided sound advice for needed treatment.
